GIABA publishes technical and working papers on specific subjects regularly. These papers reviews topical issues and are aimed at taking an in-depth look at subject matters that are related to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing in West Africa with a view to developing to developing policy.

The technical and working papers shed light on phenomena about which there was little understanding, and provoke some thoughts which may help Authorities in the Region in their policy formulation.

GIABA sometimes cooperates with development partners to carry out research projects.
