Mutual Evaluation

The GIABA Plenary adopted the Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) of the Republic of Niger in August 2021 and its 3rd FUR in November 2024 without a request for re-rating. This FUR analyses the progress made by Niger to meet the Technical Compliance requirements of the Recommendations under review. New Technical Compliance ratings are awarded when it is demonstrated that sufficient progress has been made.
