This report provides a summary of the AML/CFT measures in place in Nigeria as at the date of the onsite or immediately thereafter. It describes and analyses those measures, sets out Nigeria’s level of compliance with the FATF 40+9 Recommendations (see Table 1), and provides recommendations on how certain aspects could be strengthened.
