The 4th Follow Up Report of Nigeria provides an update on the progress made by Nigeria since the adoption of the country’s 3rd AML/CFT Follow-Up Report during the 16th GIABA Plenary in Dakar, Senegal in May 2011. In line with GIABA requirements, the 4th Follow Up Report focuses on efforts made by Nigeria to address the recommendations proffered in the country’s Mutual Evaluation Report, particularly with respect to FATF key and core Recommendations rated Non Compliant (NC) and Partially Compliant (PC).
