Selection of a Consultancy Firm for the Development of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Revision of the GIABA Manual of Procedures

The GIABA Secretariat requested for and obtained a grant from the European Union for the implementation of the Institutional Support Project for GIABA ( Contract No. 2021- 423-456 ).
Within the framework of implementing the said project, GIABA is hereby soliciting proposals from Consultancy Firms with a view to developing a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in compliance with the ISO 22301 standard, on one part, and the revision of its Manual of procedures, on the other.
The assignment is to secure the services of a Consultancy Firm, divided into two parts:
Part 1 : Develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in compliance with the ISO 22301 Standard
Part 2 : Update the GIABA Manual of Procedures.
The assignment shall be accomplished in close collaboration with the GIABA Secretariat, through the Directorate of Administration and Finance.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in paper form in envelopes ( one (1) signed original and three (3) copies ) to the address below, on or before 22nd February, 2024 , at 11:00 a.m. (GMT), Senegal time, and must be clearly marked: “ Selection of a Consultancy Firm for the development of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and review of the GIABA Manual of Procedures.
