Technical Assistance

The 2025 GIABA Technical Assistance Report is in accordance with Article 2 (c) of the GIABA Revised Mandate of 2006, as amended in December 2020. This 2025 report on the Technical Assistance Needs of GIABA member states is based on the second round of mutual evaluation reports, typologies, and other research reports, the national risk assessment report of member states, and submitted 2023 annual AML/CFT/PF country assessment report, and contributions from the financial intelligence unit of member states.
